Jun 04, 2013

One of the standard tests we perform in order to see how well your home has been air sealed is called a pre-drywall blower test. The idea is to make sure your house is a tightly sealed as possible, resulting in lower energy consumption and lower energy bills. • I booked an evaluation because I was planning to replace my furnace and wanted to qualify for the government rebates. The Total Home advisor that came to my home pointed out that if I added extra insulation to my attic, I would be able to receive a good amount for that as well as save money on my energy bills. I really appreciated having that information.

  • I had an evaluation booked because I needed to replace my hot water tank, and then it started leaking and had to be replaced immediately. The people at Total Home were so accommodating to reschedule my evaluation and send someone out right away!
